Dolores Jean Schwartz

Dolores Jean Ingram Schwartz, 91, of Frederick, MD, passed surround by her family on Thursday March 7, 2024 at Spring Arbor of Frederick. Born December 24, 1932 to the late George and Velma (Celio) Ingram. She was the beloved wife of the late Jerry Albert Schwartz.

Dolores grew up in Conway, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school, she would later work as a secretary at Rockville City Hall for 30 years until her retirement. In her retirement she would move to Naples, FL.

Dolores was easy going, enjoyed going on cruises, playing bingo, and card games. She will be most remembered for the love and care she had for her family.

She is survived by; her daughter Kimberly Hardesty, grandchildren, Samantha Hardesty, Taylor Hardesty, CJ Hardesty (Jackie), Matt Hardesty (Caroline), and Melissa Garner (Robert), great-grandchildren, Maddox Garner, Bronx Garner, Jaxon Garner, Scarlett Hardesty, Quinn Hardesty, and Van Hardesty, her siblings Jan Duffy and Jim Ingram, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her son-in-law Greg Hardesty.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John Catholic Church, 118 East 2nd Street, Frederick, MD 21701, on Thursday March 21, 2024 at 11 am. Inurnment will be held privately at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dolores’ name to Frederick Health Hospice, 1 Frederick Health Way, Frederick, MD 21701.
