Virginia Neff

Ms. Virginia L. "Ginni" Neff, 77, of Frederick, died Monday, May 29, 2023 at Homewood at Crumland Farms. Born April 26, 1946 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Everett L. Neff, Jr. and the late Marjorie (Shaw) Neff. She is survived by her brother; Alan Neff and his wife Sherry. She is also survived by close friends in Baltimore and Garrett Counties and was greatly appreciative for their continued care and support. Ginni was a fiercely independent woman. She was an art teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools for many years. She used many media, but she was very accomplished in stained glass, with her art displayed in many churches and overseas. Following her retirement, she lived in Garrett County and continued to create her art, where she painted murals on barns. Ginni loved the outdoors and her pets. She loved to travel all over the World. She visited the Great Wall of China and Pyramids in Mexico. A graveside service will be held at 10AM, on Monday, June 5, 2023 at Clustered Spires Cemetery, 400 Linden Avenue, Frederick.
