Virginia L. Himes

Mrs. Virginia L. Himes, 92, of Frederick, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025.  She was the loving wife of the late Grayson Himes, who preceded her in death in 2001.

Born December 16, 1932 in Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Faye Fink Miller.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and special friends; Dorothy Fogle, Kristen Axline and Bryan Fogle and Brandon Fogle.  She was the last of her immediate family.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Mary Louise Moser, Martha Zecher, Catherine Parson, Charles Miller, Richard Miller and Sarah Grossnickle.

Inurnment will be private at a later date at Jefferson Lutheran Cemetery.
