Sandra Terkelsen

Sandra J. Terkelsen, 53, of Frederick, Maryland died peacefully on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Frederick Health Hospital. She is survived by her father, Roy Terkelsen of Hickory, NC, her brother Franklin Terkelsen of Chagrin Falls, OH, and her sister Susan Terkelsen of Cedarville, OH, as well as four nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Terkelsen. Sandi graduated from Cedarville University and received an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She worked in marketing in the food service industry and fundraising in the aviation industry. In recent years she was actively involved with Warrior Canine Connection, an organization which trains service dogs to assist veterans and their families. There will be a short graveside service at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 23 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 515 South Market St., Frederick, MD, 21701.
