Regina Erma Brown

Regina Erma Brown of Jefferson, passed away on March 13, 2023 after a brief battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of the late William R. Brown. She is the devoted mother of William R. Brown, II (Rhonda Sennett) and Karen Finley. Regina is the loving grandmother of her two favorite grandsons, Matthew Finley ( fiancé' Jaden Luhovey) and Luke Finley (girlfriend Chloe Smith) Sister-in law of Beverly Strelau and husband Ed. Friends and relatives may visit on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Homes, P.A., 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment immediately following Jefferson United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her beloved Jefferson United Methodist Church 3882 Jefferson Pike, Jefferson, Maryland 21755.
