Peggy Tolino

Peggy Tolino, 96, passed away peacefully in her home on March 13, 2023.

Peggy most commonly known as “Grammy“ was born November 15, 1926 in Staunton, Virginia.

She was the daughter of Chris and Lottie Panagos. Grammy was one of seven children who grew up primarily in Washington, D.C., and Alexandria Virginia. Peggy married Vincent C. Tolino in 1955 and had four children. Peggy was a devout Catholic and an active member of her parish where she served as a cattecist teacher for many years. She loved cooking, music, dancing, and family gatherings.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Rose Marie, grandson, Travis Day, and wife, Ashlee, and her great grandchildren, McCoy and Morgan; daughter, Theresa Ann, and her husband, Jon and grandchildren Holly Tolino, Christopher and Timothy, Lee; son, Vincent Ralph, and wife, Kathy, and grandchildren, Emily Massi and her husband Alex, and Ashley Tolino; daughter, Lisa Christine and husband, Rob, and grandchildren Burk, Spencer and Graham Hill.

The funeral will be held at 12:00PM, on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Saint Joseph’s on Carrollton Manor in Frederick, Maryland. Immediately followed by reception in the church hall.
