Paul William Wachter

Paul Wachter, age 94, passed on November 18, 2022. He was born in Frederick, MD on September 11, 1928 and was the son of William and Pearl Wachter.

Paul was a dairy farmer for most of his life and also worked for Beckley's Camping Center mowing grass. He was a very quiet individual and always willing to help others.

Paul is survived by his daughters Susan V. Wachter and fiance, Jim Kaas and Nancy L. Palmer of Elkton, VA., granddaughters Ashley and Brandi Palmer, three great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary M. Wachter and his daughter Diane M. Wachter and his sister Betty Martin.

Family will receive friends at Faith United Church of Christ, 9333 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 10 - 11 AM. The funeral service will begin at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Faith United Church of Christ Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Jean Main and Donny Easterday Sr. and Jr. for their many acts of kindness and help over the years. Thanks to Bob and Elza Hurst for their help in caring for "Uncle Paul". The family would also like to thank the staff at Frederick Health and Rehab for their professional care over the last two weeks.
