Mindy Love Watkins

Mindy Love Watkins, 46, of Vista, California, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 in San Diego, CA. Born in Olney, MD, in July 15 of 1975, she was the loving daughter of Charles and Gloria Watkins, sister to Mitzi Mitcham (Paul), and brother, Charles "Cam" Watkins (Tracey) and companion to Christopher Sgrignoli. Also left to cherish her memory are a host of Nieces and Nephews, and her dogs Jake and Elwood.
Mindy began dancing at the age of two, later moving to California, where she owned and operated Love to Dance, Inc. in Carmel Valley (San Diego).A visitation will be held on August 28, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the mausoleum of Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 515 S. Market Street, Frederick, MD 21701 where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM.  Due to Covid-19 the family requires masks to be worn by those in attendance.  In lieu of flowers  the family request  donations be made to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. https://impact.ccalliance.org/ fundraiser/3398396 .
