Milee Harriet Newberry

Mrs. Milee Harriet Newberry, 91, of Kensington, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 10, 2025 at MedStar Medical Center- Montgomery. She was the loving wife of the late Donald Newberry, Sr., who preceded her in death in 2014.

Milee was a lifelong resident of the Washington D.C area. Milee loved to collect antiques. She was an avid reader and loved to watch old movies. She enjoyed traveling to her home in Florida with her husband during the winter months, as well as boating and hosting crab feasts during the summer.  Most importantly, she loved her family.

Milee is survived by her son; Steven Newberry (Kathleen), grandchildren; Ryan Newberry and Lindsay Newberry (Danny Bardzik), and great-grandchildren; Drake Bardzik, Paxton Bardzik and Dominic Newberry. She also had many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Milee was preceded in death by her son; Donald Newberry, Jr.

Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
