Margaret "Peg" Jane Sahli

Margaret ”Peg” Jane Sahli, 91, of Frederick, passed away at Northampton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Saturday, June 26, 2021. Born in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Dean and Clara (nee Weeks) Sahli.

Peg worked as a cosmetologist for Peoples Drug (now CVS) for over 50 years, having worked in Ohio and Maryland. She was also a lifelong member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.

Peg was one of 10 children and is survived by: siblings Faye Marciano, William Sahli, Robert Sahli, Sandra Ambrose, all of Ohio, and May Sahli, of Puerto Rico, as well as many nieces and nephews, all of whom loved Peg dearly. In addition to her parents and siblings, she is predeceased by close and beloved friend of many years Theresa E. Vance and another dear friend Margaret “Peggy” Powers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, July 2, 2021 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 118 East 2 ^nd Street, Frederick, MD 21701 at 11am. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
