Lorraine Foland

Lorraine Marie Foland, 55 of Frederick MD has moved on to a better place as of 04/08/2025 at the University of MD Medical Center in Baltimore. She was surrounded by loved ones that will miss and keep her in their hearts. Lorraine had a love for arts and crafts, jewelry, yard sales, and music. Lorraine was well known and loved in the community, her nickname was The Jewelry Lady.Lorraine was preceded by her father Elmer Foland, and survived by her mother Connie Foland, her fiance Mark Dawson, her son Barney Willis, and granddaughter Vivian Willis. She also leaves behind a circle of close cousins, aunts, and uncles and friends of the community. A viewing will be held in memory of Lorraine at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home 106 East Church St Frederick, MD 21701 on Sunday April 13th, 2025 from 1pm-4pm.
