Lisa Noll

Mrs. Lisa Noll, age 51 of Martinsburg, WV passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at her residence.  She was married to Mr. Mark Noll.  Born on August 18, 1967 in Gaithersburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late Rick Green.

Mrs. Noll worked as an editor of events and conferences for the International Legal Technology Association.  She was a native of Maryland, passionate about politics, and loved her home, reading, and collecting antiques.  Most of all, she loved her children and her husband, Mark.

Mrs. Noll is survived by her husband, Mark Noll; her children, Madison Tepper, Jessica Tepper, and Alaina Tepper all of Frederick; her stepchildren Mark Noll, Jr. and Bernard Noll, II; and step grandchildren, Mark Noll III, Aurianah Noll, Ripleigh Noll, and Vince Noll.

All services will be private. Should friends and family desire, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Noll's name to the ACLU.
