Mrs. Koula Moutsou, 91, of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019, at her home. She was the wife of the late Kleanthis Moutsos. Born on January 10, 1928 in Corfu, Greece, she was one of ten children, to the late Mihalis and Emily Pagiatis. She had worked for many years as a seamstress and attended the Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Washington, D.C. Surviving is her daughter, Loula Moschonas and husband Mike, of Harpers Ferry and daughter-in-law, Patricia Moutsos, of Vero Beach, FL, six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Chris Moutsos. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 920 West 7th Street, Frederick, MD 21701.Interment will follow in the Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.
