Jesse Richard Clark, 84, of Myersville, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of 40 years to the late Laura Jeanette Clark. Born on March 10, 1937, he was the son of the late Jesse Henry and Charlotte Evelyn (Layman) Clark. Jesse worked on a farm in Adamstown for many years with his father before owning and operating his own trucking company. He was a member of Heart of Maryland , a motorcycle club based in Frederick and also a member of the AMVETS, post #2. He is survived by his four sons, Larry “Skeets” Wayne Clark, Chris “Butch” Allen Clark Sr and wife, Kathy, Dwayne “Skip” Richard Clark Sr. and wife Sharon, and Chad Michael Clark and wife Thea; grandchildren, Casey Ashlynn Clark, Kelsi Lynn Clark, Shane Tyler Clark, Chris Allen Clark Jr, Lindsey Nicole Clark, Dwayne Richard Clark Jr., Jesse John Clark, Adam Lee Clark, Kierstyn Elizabeth Clark, Cameron Michael Clark and Colton Michael Clark; and 3 great grandchildren, Trinity Jeanette Clark, Tyler Douglas Clark, and Princeton Edward Myers. In addition to his wife and parents, Jesse was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Jean Gaver, Carol Ann Lucille Brust and Barbara Lynn Day. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm on Wednesday, December 8th at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 9th at the funeral home. Pastor Edward L. Hartman will officiate. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
