Jeremy Alan Pearcey

We are saddened by the loss of our father, son and brother, Jeremy Alan Pearcey, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, February 24, 2025 at his residence, Taney Avenue, Frederick, MD. Jeremy was born on January 29, 1971 at Frederick Memorial Hospital and was the son of John Ronald Pearcey and the late Kathy Jean Keeney.

Jeremy was a 1989 graduate of Frederick High School and learned the welding trade through his vo-tech studies at Frederick Community College. He later earned an associate degree from the University of Maryland.

He began his career at Abicor Binzel in 1989 and just completed his 35 year anniversary with the company. Over those years, Jeremy developed many friendships with co-workers and traveled to many locations with the company.

Jeremy was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan and enjoyed playing golf with his dad.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Marie Kershner and husband Cody, granddaughter Bristol and grandson Colt, and his brother David Brian Pearcey. He is also survived by his father John Ronald Pearcey and his wife Melanie Reeder-Pearcey. Also surviving are his step-brothers Richard Reeder and his children Zack, Rylee, Lucas, , Parker and Declan and Robert Reeder and his children Gavin, Greyson and Emmett. Jeremy also leaves behind a special girlfriend, Angela Spino and her son Kyle Spino.

A viewing will be held at the Mount Olivet Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 515 S. Market Street, Frederick, MD 21701 on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
