Jeannie Throne

Ms. Wanda "Jeannie" Throne, 66, of Frederick, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025.

Born January 29, 1959 in Bethesda, she was the daughter of Vicki Heller and the late  Reginald Winpigler.  Jeannie was raised by her late great-aunt, Veronica Hahn.

Jeannie is survived by her children, Veronica Rivadeneyra (Greg), Matthew Throne, Kristen Throne, grandchildren, grandson, Elisha Rivadeneyra, Aurora Rivadeneyra, Victoria Rivadeneyra and Serena Rivadeneyra, siblings, Diane Watkins (David), Brett Russ, David Stinnett (Becky), Darrell Russ, Chris Winpigler (Sabrina), Marty Winpigler (Heather) and Mark Winpigler (Melissa), step-son, Robbie Eck, numerous nieces and nephews.  She will be missed by her dog, Levi.

In addition to her father and great-aunt she was preceded in death by her sister, Crystal Winpigler and fiancé, Robert "Bob" Eck.

The family will receive friends from 12pm to 2pm, on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church street, Frederick.  The memorial service will immediately follow at 2pm.  Inurnment will be private.
