Gidget Marie Tyeryar

Mrs. Gidget Marie Tyeryar, 52, of Thurmont, died Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Mitch Tyeryar Sr. Born July 9, 1968 in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of Harlene Fogle and husband Gene and the late Harvey Snoots Sr. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Thomas "Bo" Tyeryar Jr., Jackie Baer and husband Kevin, Danielle "Buggy" Tyeryar and boyfriend Collin. Her grandchildren, Landon, Emmalin, Mia, Gracen and Kashton. Her siblings, Sharon Tyeryar and husband Richard, Harvey "Poncho" Snoots Jr. and wife Lisa and Harlene "Turk" Jackson. As well as several in-laws, numerous cousins, many nieces and nephews. Gidget was known for her love of cooking, you never left her house on an empty stomach. She would always sing "Coal minors daughter" any chance she could get. Most of all she loved children, she always had a house full of kids. She had a smile that would light up the room, she left such an impact on everyone she knew. She will be missed by so many. The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm, on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing and face masks are required. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Gidget's name to the Keeney & Basford Funeral at the above address.
