Francis Riddell Miller, Jr.

On November 14, 2023, Francis "Frank" Riddell Miller, Jr., age 75, of Culpeper, VA, went to his heavenly home. He was born in Frederick, MD and was the son of Francis Riddell Miller, Sr. and Genevieve Lorraine Smith - Miller.

He married his wife Mary Ann Bangley - Miller in 1973. Frank was in property management and worked for several local companies over the years.

Frank enjoyed working on old cars, especially his 1970 GTO. He also enjoyed working on antique radios with his son. He studied the Civil War and was interested in Genealogy and traced his family back to Norway in the 12th century.

He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Bangley - Miller, his son Francis Miller, III (Ciora Cook - Miller), daughter Sandra Davis (Hugh), three grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his granddaughter, Kayla Davis.

The family will receive friends at the Keeney Basford Funeral Homes, P.A., 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701 on Tuesday , November 21, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at which time the funeral service will commence. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
