Frances "Susie" Nusbaum

Mrs. Frances Olivia “Susie” Nusbaum, 84, of Frederick died Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at her home. Born April 24, 1934 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late John and Lula Bradshaw. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Nusbaum, Sr.

Frances worked for many years for Frederick County Public Schools. In her retirement she enjoyed volunteering with Frederick Memorial Hospital in the Emergency Department. She loved her family and many friends.

Frances in survived by her sons, Brad Nusbaum and wife Laura, Mark White, brother, Joe Bradshaw, sister, Eva Dean, daughter in law Mary Nusbaum, her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her special friends Pat Nusbaum, Ruth Ann Geisbert, and Marta Johnston. She was preceded in death by her children, David Randall White, Charles W. Nusbaum, Jr., and Maria Edwards.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 11, 2019 from 4 – 7 PM and on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 10 – 11 AM at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick where a service will begin at 11 AM on Tuesday in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. Inurnment will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 10 AM at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
