Eugene Ray Morgan, Sr.

Mr. Eugene Ray Morgan, Sr., 79, of Thurmont, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020. at the Northampton Manor Nursing Home. He was the husband of the late Geraldine Morgan. Born in Walkersville on September 3, 1940, he was a son of the late Harry and Virginia Morgan. Gene had worked for many years in the warehouse for Frederick Produce. He was a member of the Lewistown Ruritian Club. Surviving are his children, Karen Morgan and husband Daryl, Blossom Munday and husband Bobby, Eugene R. Morgan, Jr., and wife Candi, siblings, Dolly Keefer, George Morgan, Dennis Morgan and Nancy, Charles Morgan and Sarah, a sister-in-law, Mary Morgan, five grandchildren, Billy, Lexi, Kaiden, Michael and Mickayla, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Morgan and Harry Morgan, Jr. Services and interment will be private. A celebration of his life will be at a later date.
