Edward Dale Mann

Edward Dale Mann, “Eddie”, 59, of Boonsboro, passed on September 18, 2019. Born February 22, 1960 in Maryland, to the late Robert L. and Mary Louise (nee Giesler) Mann.

Graduating from Brunswick High School in 1978 Eddie would go on to work at Weis Markets for over 25 years. He was also a merchandiser for Martin’s Rolls. Eddie was a member of American Legion Post 10, Boonsboro, and worked for American Legion Post 211, Funkstown.

Known as a top tier duck pin bowler, Eddie was also an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and target shooting.

Eddie is survived by; his son Justin Earl Mann of Waynesboro, PA., his brother William Mann and wife Linda of Frederick, his nieces Melinda Gift and husband Toby of Frederick, and Jaime Sloan and husband Drew of Louisville, KY.

Family and friends can gather at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701, on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 10 am until the start of the funeral at 11am, Rev. Mary O’Neill will officiate. Interment will follow at Boonsboro Cemetery.
