Davina Anastasia Goodman

Davina  Anastasia Goodman, 61, of Frederick, MD passed away suddenly on November 13, 2024 at home.  She was the wife of John Erik Goodman, for which they shared a beautiful marriage together for nearly 14 years.

Born in Gaithersburg, MD, She was the daughter of David Cobb and Katina Coutscoudis Ryder.  Davina Graduated from Seneca Valley High School and went on later to obtain her certification as a senior cosmetologist.

She went on to work for many years as a genius hairstylist.  Davina was a lifelong learner and had many interests that she enjoyed partaking in.  She was an avid gardener, chicken farmer, nutritional consultant, and a chef of healthy cuisine to all her friends and family, just to name a few.

Davina is survived by her loving husband John, her eldest Daughter Jessica Norsworthy and her husband Richard Norsworthy, her second daughter Stacey Kline, as well as her grandchildren Joseph Fello and Ryleigh Norsworthy, her mother Katina, and older sister Virginia Dydak, in addition to her puppies Jaxson and Olive and a flock of chickens with too many names to mention.

The Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes, P.A., 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 2:00 pm.
