Danny Ray Simmerman

Danny Simmerman passed away unexpectedly at his home on December 21, 2022.

Danny was born in Quantico, VA.  He attended School in Stafford VA. For the past 16 years, he lived in Frederick MD.  Danny never met a stranger.   He loved people and could strike up conversations with anyone.   He would help anyone he could.   Danny loved the carnivals.  Anytime they came to town he would attend and often join them for work, traveling the states, seeing the sites and meeting people.

Survivors include his wife, Bonita Simmerman, stepson, Andrew Lundgren (Stacey), siblings, Bernie Simmerman of Jacksonville NC,  Janet Durham (John) of Fredericksburg VA, Loretta Workman (Timothy) of Dayton OH, Michael Simmerman (Laurie) of Fredericksburg VA,  1 grandson, numerous nieces and nephews & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ron and Alma Simmerman of Fredericksburg, VA.

The services will be held by the family at a later date.
