Betty Jane Rowe

Betty Jane Rowe, beloved daughter, sister, friend, and aunt passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 70 in Thurmont, Maryland. Born on March 5, 1954, in Virginia, Betty was known for her infectious happiness and always made sure to let those know around her. She attended Scott Key center and adult day care for years, where she loved to be the most with her beloved friend Johnny Weddle of over 50 years, who passed away but she never forgot him.

She shared a close bond with her brother-in-law who has now passed, William Cole Sr. She also shared a close bond with a nephew Chris who will miss her greatly.

Betty will be deeply missed by her surviving family members: Shirley Cole of Thurmont, Bobby Rowe (Glenda) of Frederick, Mae Hausler (Wayne) of Jefferson, Henry Rowe Jr (Betty) of Florida, and Nancy Flohr of PA. She was preceded in death by Joe Rowe, John Rowe, Joan Stone, and Catherine Derita.

She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews .
