Barbara Ebberts Haller

Ms. Barbara Ebberts Haller, 81,of Frederick passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024  at Heartfields Assisted Living of Frederick.

She was the only child of the late John (Jack) S. Haller and Lavinia M. Haller both of who died in 2005.

Barbara spent most of her life in Frederick living at 17 E 3rd Street and attended the Maryland School for the Deaf.  After graduating from high school in 1962, she enjoyed working at The Fredericktown Bank for 10 years then spent 25 years as a Teacher's Aide at MSD.  She retired in 2001 to help take care of her parents.

Barbara loved her best friend -Daisy, a beagle who died in 2004.  She enjoyed watching and feeding the squirrels and birds in her back yard.  Watching movies-especially on the Hallmark channel was a favorite pastime.

As per Barbara's request, there will be no viewing or visitation.  Interment will be private in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.  The Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E Church Street is handling the arrangements.

Memorial donations if you wish, may be made to Frederick County Animal control, 1832 Rosemont Avenue, Frederick, MD. 21702.
