Allen Cecil Biggs, Jr.

Allen Cecil Biggs Jr., 86, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025, at Lorien Mt. Airy nursing home. He was born in Suffolk, Virginia to Allen Sr. and Isabella.

He was a proud resident of Frederick, Maryland after living in Columbia, Maryland for over 50 years. Allen was employed as a longshoreman for over 36 years. After retirement, Allen was an avid bowler, having earned various awards. He also served as Deacon for Columbia Baptist Fellowship.  While in that role, Allen provided guidance and fellowship to many.

He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, Stephanie, 5 children and 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Viewing at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes, P.A. 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD, on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. The funeral service will begin at 2 P.M.
