Rowena Hobson Dronenburg, 89, of Dickerson, died on Thursday, April 21, 2011. She was the wife of the late George William Dronenburg. Born on May 20, 1921 in Lucketts, VA, she was the daughter of the late Birtrand McKimmey and Lela (Trussel) McKimmey.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 27 from 6-9 PM at Keeney & Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 28 at 11 AM in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
