Anthony Nazario Dusza

Mr. Anthony Nazario Dusza, 44, of Phoenixville, PA, died on March 11, 2011 at Phoenixville Hospital. Born on January 15, 1967 in New York City, he was the son of Nancy Dusza and the late Humberto Antonio (Tony) Nazario and the adoptive son of Robert Dusza.

Mr. Dusza went to Green Valley Elementary School, New Market Middle School and graduated from Linganore High School, Class of 1985. He was an excellent baseball and soccer player, having spent time in his younger years playing soccer in Germany. He was a sports fan and loved watching the New York Yankees and the Washington Redskins.

In addition to his mother and adoptive father, he is survived by his very special friend, Kelli Groh of Phoenixville, children Kiley Dusza and Antonia Dusza and their mother Elizabeth Bradham Dusza, siblings Amy Dusza of Monrovia and Bryan Dusza and wife Laura Rye Dusza of Baldwin. Mr. Dusza also leaves behind his Aunts and Uncles Nilda Casalini, Anita Nazario and her husband Rick Bartolomei, James Himes and wife Marilyn and John Himes and wife Valarie as well as his grandmother Leona Dusza of Monrovia and many cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents Humberto and Analuz Nazario of New York, Julian and Margaret Himes of Silver Spring and Louis Dusza of Silver Spring.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 5-8 PM at Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at St. Peters Catholic Church, 9201 Church Street (Just off Route 75), Libertytown, Father Jason Worley celebrant. Pallbearers will be Robert Dusza, Bryan Dusza, Kiley Dusza, John Himes, James Himes and Rick Bartolomei. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
