Thelma Lorraine Hartsock

Mrs. Thelma Lorraine (Keyser) Hartsock, 91, of Yellow Springs, died Monday, October 10, 2011, at Citizens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Wilbur W. Hartsock. They were married for 63 years.

She was born on November 23, 1919, in Yellow Springs and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lenora (Harley) Keyser. She was a member of Brookhill United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Hartsock is survived by sons, Ronald Gene Hartsock and wife Terry and Rickey Greg Hartsock and wife Esther, grandchildren, Kevin Greg Hartsock and Stacey Lorraine Morton and husband Gary, great-grandchildren, Gregory Wayne Morton and Bradley Coleton Morton, brother, Alton Ray Keyser and sister, Sarah Jane Morgan.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Bernard Keyser, Melvin Keyser, Austin Keyser, Marcus Keyser, Kenneth Keyser, Barry Keyser, Max Keyser, Irving Keyser, Glenn Keyser and Ellis Keyser.

The family would like to thank the caregivers at Citizens Nursing and Rehab. Center for their care and support.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 am on Friday, October 14, 2011, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am in the Etchison Memorial Chapel. Rev. Linda Warehime will officiate. Interment will be at Brookhill Cemetery.
