Mr. Henry C. Kolpin of Lake Worth, Florida, died on November 8, 2011.
He was born January 18, 1926, in Mount Vernon, New York.
He retired in 1986 from Exxon, Corp.
A quiet, unassuming gentleman, he served in the Air Force in the Pacific Theater during WW II.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Barbara, one son, Henry C Kolpin, Jr. and partner Kate Apple, of Middletown, N.J.; one daughter, Wendy Kearney and husband Michael, of Mt. Airy; four grandchildren, and special nieces, Bonnie May and Nancy Ewing.
He was predeceased by his parents and both of his sisters, Eunice Weiglein and Lois Veit.
The family will receive friends at 10 am, Wednesday, November 16th at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick, with a celebration of life to begin at 11:00 am. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. W. Phillip Fogarty.
Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
