Jamie Suzanne Mears-Fitzpatrick

Mrs. Jamie Suzanne Mears-Fitzpatrick, 52, of Frederick, passed away Friday, June 18, 2010, at her residence. She was the loving wife of Mr. Joseph Fitzpatrick. Born Nov. 23, 1957, she was the daughter of Mrs. Jeanette Young Mears Kyle and the late John Conrad Mears Sr. Mrs. Mears-Fitzpatrick was employed by Marriott International as a senior business analyst, working in Bethesda. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her stepchildren, Tricia Fulton of Carson City, Nev., Tracey Fitzpatrick of Dundalk, Joey Fitzpatrick of Valencia, Calif., and Teresa Fitzpatrick of San Diego; her siblings, Joseph Mears of Rockville, Jeffrey Mears of Frisco, Colo., and Julie Mears of Frederick. She is also survived by her two step-grandchildren; one niece, Lilyana Mears; and two nephews, Stephen and Eric Mears. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Conrad Mears Jr. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, at Keeney and Basford, P.A., Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, at St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, 11801 Claridge Road, Wheaton, on the corner of Veirs Mill and Claridge roads. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Aspen Hill. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. Mears-Fitzpatrick's name to Hospice of Frederick County, P.O.
