Steven Wayne Mills

Steven Wayne Mills, 50, of Frederick, died on Monday, November 1, 2010 at his home. Born on January 10, 1960, he was the son of Ross Mills, Jr. and Neva Weidman Mills. Mr. Mills was a carpenter. He loved playing pool as well as reading science fiction books. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mills is survived by his 5 children: Jason Wayne Mills & his wife Kirsten; Kelly Lynn Mills; Kristin Ann Mills; Angela Kay Jackson & her husband Lewis II and James Ross Mills; 4 Grandchildren: Alexia Butler; Kahlil Butler; Jason Wayne Mills, Jr. and Lewis Jackson III as well as his brother Richard Derek Mills and sister Christina Mullenix & her husband J.J. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Ross Mills, III. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1-2 PM at Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will immediately follow in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
