Ms. Nancy Lee Siebeneichen, 80, of Adamstown, died on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Glade Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Walkersville. Born on June 24, 1930, in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, she was the eldest daughter of the late George Clark and Agnes A. Sjoholm Smeltzer. Nancy was a graduate of St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing in New York City, Class of 1951. She was retired from Prince George's Community College, where she was a Microcomputer Lab Manager. She was an active and devoted member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Adamstown. Her hobbies including quilting and crocheting. As a member of the Spitfire Hatters (a local social club), Nancy enjoyed many happy times with her dear friends. Surviving her are three children, Lynn D. Siebeneichen and fianc, David Crist, of Ashburn, VA, Jeffrey H. Siebeneichen, Richard C. Siebeneichen and wife Margaret, of Hagerstown, one sister, Susan Tyndale and husband William, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and three grandchildren, Ashley, Megan and Justin; also surviving are two nephews, Craig and Scott Tyndale. She will also be remembered by her former husband, Hugo Siebeneichen. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 5132 Doubs Road, Adamstown. The Rev. Marina C. Flores, pastor of the church, will officiate.
