Rebecca &Quot;Becky&Quot; Speich

Mrs. Rebecca S. "Becky" Speich, 100, of Frederick, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2010. She was the wife of the late John E. Speich Sr., who passed away Jan. 7, 1995. Born June 12, 1910, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Eva Jeanette (Collins) English. She was the mother of Nancy L. Fowler (Robert) and John E. Speich Jr. (Francis); grandmother of Joyce Ann Hendershot (Wayne Martin), Nanette M. Marakovitz (Jeffrey), Regina A. Smith (Kevin), and the late Sherrie M. Fowler; great-grandmother of Keith, Derrick, Anthony, Lindsey, Rebecca, Kelsey and MacKensey; and great-great-grandmother of Gavin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. Friends will be received from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Thursday, July 29, at Keeney and Basford, P.A., Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
