Loretta Mae Weddle

Miss Loretta Mae "Sis" Weddle, 55, of Frederick, died on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born in Frederick on March 7, 1955, she was a daughter of Jenny E. McVey Weddle, of Frederick and the late Lee Franklin Weddle, who died in July 2006. Sis collected porcelain dolls, enjoyed going to carnivals and loved pets, especially cats. Surviving in addition to her mother are two brothers, William Lee Weddle and wife Carla, of Frederick, Dennis Wayne Weddle and wife Pam, of Clear Springs and one sister, Terri L. Hartsock and husband Austin, of Frederick, also surviving are many aunts,uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., on Monday, November 1, 2010, at the Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. The Rev. Kent B. Ramler, pastor of the People's Baptist Church, Frederick, will officiate. Interment will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
