Dennis Wayne Weddle, Jr

Dennis Wayne Weddle Jr., 31, of Frederick, died Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at his home. He was the husband of Rebekah Smith Weddle. Born Sept. 15, 1978, in Frederick, he was a son of Dennis W. Sr. and Pamela Duvall Weddle of Clear Spring. Dennis was a graduate of Frederick High School, class of 1996 and was a member of the Frederick Academic Team which was on "It's Academic." He was a member of People's Baptist Church in Frederick and traveled on several mission trips, including Mexico and Spain. He was employed with Marketing and Research Resources in Frederick, as a computer research analyst. Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are three brothers, Shawn L. Weddle and wife, Ren?e, of Hagerstown, Derrick N. Weddle and Justin D. Weddle, both of Clear Spring; two nephews, Luke and Dalton; and his paternal grandmother, Jenny E. Weddle of Frederick. He will also be sadly missed by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 31, at Keeney and Basford, P.A., Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick, with the family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, from People's Baptist Church, 6648 Carpenter Road, Frederick. The Rev. Kent Ramler, pastor of the church, and the Rev. Michael Davidson will officiate. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. Pallbearers will be Jason Young, David Corselius, Greg Boyd, Caleb George, Justin Weddle, Derrick Weddle, Shawn Weddle and Sonny Janyszek.
