John &Quot;Budge&Quot; Clifton White

Mr. John Clifton "Budge" White, 51, of Mt. Airy, died Monday, January 17, 2011 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Jenny Mae White. They were married 29 years.

Born October 10, 1959 in York, Pa., he was the son of Nancy Hale White Frazier of Brunswick and the late John Forrest White.

Mr. White was a self employed truck driver for 30 years. Although his work required much travel, he always made it a point to be home with his family every night. He loved his family and they were very important to him.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting model tractors and assembling model airplanes.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by four children, Jessica Mae Milakovic and husband, Matthew, of Dover, Pa.; Jamie Lee White; John Stewart "Pete" White; and Justin Clark White, all of Mt. Airy; one granddaughter, Danica Mae Milakovic; two sisters, Julie Nichols and Jill Windsor; and one brother, Eric White.

He was predeceased by a sister, Bonnie Balcom.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Katrina L. Holland officiating.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to them for future monetary savings for Mr. White's youngest son
