Shannon Nichol Zamostny

Shannon Nichol Zamostny, 34, of Jefferson, died on May 5, 2011 at her residence.

She was the beloved daughter of Joseph and Cynthia Zamostny and her loving caregivers Sherry and Randy Green. Shannon was the loving sister of Andrew Peter Zamostny and wife Wendy of Pasadena and Kevin Matthew Zamostny of Pasadena as well as her foster brother Dale Ferril and foster sisters Brandy Fecketis, Michelle Shaff and Brittany Shaff. She is also survived by niece Hailey Zamostny and nephew Jack Zamostny as well as Aunts and Uncles Jerome Zamostny and wife Kathy, Maria Wagner and husband Robert, Catherine Lindstrom and husband Brian, Carolyn Zeman and husband Richard, Jacquelyn Kalbacher and husband Lawrence, Nancy Lee Kilian and Douglas Kilian and wife Sandra. She will also be remembered by her CPL and UCP families.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 6-7 PM at Keeney and Basford PA Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 7 PM. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of Frederick, 5736 Industry Lane, Frederick, Maryland 21704.
