Our loving and beautiful Cecilia Cuzmar, 57, lost her battle with cancer on January 24, 2012 in Frederick, MD. Ceci passed away with her family at her side. Ceci was born on January 7, 1955 in Santiago, Chile, to Nallib and Andrea Cuzmar. She is survived by her husband Hiram Rivera, 2 sisters, 5 brothers, and 28 nieces and nephews. Viewing services will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2012, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Keeney & Basford, P.A. Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701, (301) 662-2175, .
