Mrs. Violet Albright, 89, of Jefferson, died on Sunday, January 29, 2012, at her home. She was the wife of Dayton D. Albright. She was born in Esty, West Virginia on December 25, 1922. She was retired from Airpax in Frederick and at one time enjoyed sewing. Surviving in addition to her husband are three children, Charles "Bill" Rhineholt and friend, Virginia, of Keymar, Janice Clem and husband Bobby, of Thurmont, and Peggy M. Kauffman and longtime friend, Richard Manahan, of Jefferson, one sister, Rosie Able, of Dickerson, many grandchildren, including, April Kauffman, Crystal Cooper, Paula, Andy and Philip Sweeney and Kourtney Harrell, and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Martha Sours and Bertha Sweeney. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, February 2, 2012, in the Mausoleum Chapel at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
