Maddalena Herbig

August 5, 1932 — February 25, 2012

Mrs. Maddelena Herbig, 79, of Frederick, died on February 25, 2012 at Glade Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late William Joseph Herbig. Born on August 5, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lucy Di Nicola. She is survived by her sisters Connie Gullo, Norma Spence and her husband Tom and Lydia Hull as well as numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor Casiano. The family will recieve friends on Wednesday, February 29 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Holy Family Catholic Community, 7321 Burkittsville Road Middletown, MD 21769. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered immediately following the visitation at 12:00 PM. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
