Mr. Patrick Allen Reed, 47, of Libertytown, died Friday, March 2, 2012, at his residence. He was the husband of Diana Lynn (Hinkle) Reed. Born July 6, 1964, in Frederick, he was the son of Mary Montgomery Reed and the late Francis Reed. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his daughters, Tiffeny Reed, Lynn Reed and husband James and Ginger Hackshaw, sons, Robert Cook, Anthony Lowe and Michael Crouse, brothers, Francis Kenneth Reed Jr. and James Edward Reed, sisters, Mary Frances (Reed) Griffith and Gloria Ann Beach, grandson, Francis Cook. Also, surviving are several nieces and nephews, including special nephews, David Griffith and Matthew and Joseph Hinkle. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. Pastor Mike Brubaker will officiate. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in c/o Mr. Reed's family, 215 B West John Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401.
