Grace A. Boutwell

Mrs. Grace A. Boutwell, 85, of Frederick, died Monday, April 9, 2012, at Glade Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Milton C. Boutwell. Born on November 17, 1926, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Sherwood and Mildred (Kemp) Smith. Mrs. Boutwell is survived by her daughter, Nancy Brooks and husband Kenneth, brother, Kenneth Smith, grandchildren, Tammy Furfari and husband Salvatore and Melissa Kimble and husband Mark, great-grandchildren, Nicole Day-Masser and husband Jacob, Zachary Furfari, Tyler Furfari and Cheyanne Kimble, great-great-grandchildren, Lacey Masser and Remington Masser, numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard K. "Pete" Smith. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm, on Thursday, April 12, 2012, and from 10 to 11am, on Friday, April 13, 2012, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, on Friday, April 13, 3012 in the Etchison Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jennifer L. Fenner will officiate. Interment will be at Parklawn Memorial Gardens, 12800 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville.
