Albert Eddie Federline

January 28, 1931 — June 3, 2012

Mr. Albert Eddie Federline, 81, of Emmitsburg, went home to be with the Lord on June 3, 2012. He was the husband of the late Patricia Elizabeth (Simmons) Federline for 48 years. Born on January 28, 1931, in Frederick, he was the son of the late Walter and Emma (Rothenhoefer) Federline. Albert was a veteran of the United States Army from 1953 to 1955. In his spare time, he enjoyed Bingo, hunting and fishing. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He is survived by his son, Eddie Federline of Pasadena, daughter, Carolyn Lambert and husband Mike of Emmitsburg, grandsons, Eddie John Federline, Jason Lambert and Joshua Lambert, sister, Olivia Droneburg, numerous brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. A special thanks to nurse Linda and aid Debbie from Hospice of Frederick County. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm, on Friday, June 8, 2012, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick. Deacon Mike Currens will officiate. Inurnment will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Frederick County, P.O. Box 1799, Frederick, MD 21702.
