Shirley Regina Delauter Foreman, 78, formerly of Frederick passed away June 7, 2012 at Future Care Nursing Home in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the wife of the late John Calvin Foreman. Born September 9, 1933 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Roy Leslie and Gladys Regina Phelps Delauter. She was a graduate of Maryland School for the Deaf. She is survived by four sisters, Clara D. Crone, Annabelle M. Hay, Delores J. Murphy, Nancy L. Baker; two brothers Roy Leslie Delauter Jr., and Richard E. Delauter; one brother in law, Lee E. Smith and one granddaughter Donna Jean and husband Anthony Zenor. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Beverly Jean Beall and one sister, Gladys Marie Smith.
