Mr. James Vaughn Marx, 63, of Frederick, died September 2, 2012, at Meritus Hospital, Hagerstown. Born on May 14, 1949, in Washington, DC. He was the son of the late Franklin H. and Alice (McNulty) Marx. He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany King and husband Eric, grandchildren, Bailey King and Taylor King, brother, Timothy Marx and wife Karen, sisters, Janice Williams and husband Dave and Carol Wyatt and husband Dunton, brother-in-law, Ed Appel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Appel. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Monday, September 10, 2012, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. Rev. Dr. James Flora will officiate.
