Mr. Kenneth Joseph Page, 65, of Frederick, MD., passed away on Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center, Frederick. He was born in Frederick, Maryland on June 30, 1947, the son of the late Edward Page and is survived by his mother, Betty Leona (Blumenauer) Page, of Frederick. He graduated from Frederick High School and then served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enlisted in Apr 1966, and was discharged in March 1969. Mr. Page worked in electro-mechnical design for a number of companies and was also a founding partner of the Dan-Dee Corporation. He was a member of the FSK Post 11, American Legion; Moose Lodge No. 825, Sutton, WV; and formerly a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. In younger years, he liked fast vehicles; and also liked playing Scrabble, the board game; playing penny poker; had a love for animals, especially Boston Terriors. He loved doing things with his children and being around people, whom he would make laugh and always leave with a smile. Besides his mother, he is survived by one daugher, Stephanie Colson and husband, Josh; and one son, Joey Page, all of Frederick The family will receive friends from 6 to 9pm on Tuesday, Sept 25 at the Keeney and Basford Fuenral Home, 106 E Church Street, Frederick, where Funeral services will be held at at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 26th. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery Frederick, Maryland. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.keeneybasford.com
