Mr. Theodore Franklin "Ted" Dutrow, 75, of Frederick, died on Monday, November 5, 2012, at his home. He was the husband of Texanna McDonough Dutrow. Born in Frederick, on July 4, 1937 he was the son of the late Claude Henry and Rose Gilbert Dutrow. Ted was the owner of Dutrow's Sales and Service in Frederick. He served in the National Guard, and was a member of the Frederick Church of the Brethren, the Frederick Elks and the R & T Motorcycle Club. Surviving in addition to his wife are two children Jason Michael Dutrow and wife Jill, of Wolfsville, and Lynn Renee Dutrow and husband Charley Poteat, of Dickerson, one sister, Darlene Moser and husband Ed, of Rohrersville, four grandchildren, Cole Dutrow, Grace Dutrow, Anika Poteat and Elan Poteat, and several nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by his mother-in-law, Lorraine McDonough, of Ijamsville. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m., on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at the Frederick Church of the Brethren, 201 Fairview Ave. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, November 9, 2012, at the church. The Rev. Dr. Paul Mundey, pastor of the church will officiate. Private interment will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. Arrangements are with the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick.
