Charlotte Ann Wolfe, 65, of Frederick passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at her home. Born July 30, 1947 in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Anna Gean and Louis Franklin Bell. She is survived by one son, Herald R. Wolfe Jr.; three daughters, Charlotte A. Shade and husband Ronnie E., Deborah J. Workman and husband Ronald D. and Brenda L. Wolfe; one brother Louis R. Bell; one sister Emma Chaney; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Melvin D. Hamburg and sister Gale Ford. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Wednesday, December 5, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. The funeral service will begin at 2 pm.
