Mrs. Barbara Ann Boone Cramer, 66, of Frederick, died on Friday, March 1, 2013, at her home. She was the wife of Edward L. Cramer, Jr. for 43 years. Born in Frederick on November 26, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Donald, Sr., and Emily Hiltner Boone. Mrs. Cramer had worked as a seamstress for many years at Frederick Tailoring. She enjoyed her cats and loved to go fishing. Surviving in addition to her husband is one brother, Jesse Donald Boone, Jr., and a half brother, John Crawford Boone, Jr., one sister, Patricia Stitley and a special friend, Katherine "Sis" Wilcom. She was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Cook and her husband Eddie and brother-in-law, Ernest Stitley. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 4, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. Rev. Dr. James Flora will officiate. Interment will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Frederick County, P. O.
